Enable/Disable Display of Role Users in The Form Views

In this feature, the display of a role user in the mobile app is managed by enabling/disabling the setting Display Role user from the web app. Earlier, the role user display in the mobile app was managed by clicking the question icon in the mobile app. With the new enhancements, the question icon has been removed and the display of the user role is managed by a setting in the web app.

Enable/Disable User Role Display

  1. Login to the app
  2. Navigate to Administration > Smartform Builder > Form Template > Workflow Wizard.
  3. In the workflow wizard, go to the setting Display Role user. Select Yes to enable the setting and select No to disable the setting.

Note: By default, the option No is selected for the setting Display Role user.
