Enable New Title System Field in Smartform Workflow
Introduced a new system field in the Smartform's workflow wizard called 'Title'. This helps the users to track actions completed on a day-to-day basis for a child form under a parent form as the former can have any number of child forms. To achieve this, the user must select 'Yes' for the 'Enable Title Field' option within the template settings.
Steps to Enable Title Field.
- Log in to Integrum Application.
- Go to Administration > Smart Form Builder > Form Template.
- From the list of form templates, open a required form template.
- Click Edit.
5. Go to the “Enable Title Field?” option and select Yes or No.
Note: By default, the option will be selected as No.
6. When the ‘Yes’ radio button is selected, two other field options will be enabled i.e. ‘Please enter a character limit’ and ‘Is this field Mandatory’.
7. Enter the number that is required for the number of characters for a title and choose ‘Yes’ for ‘Is this field Mandatory’ makes it compulsory.
Note: Updating the title system field for a sub-form lets the user know the status of the sub form which is displayed in the parent form in its respective section.
