Steps - Calculate Estimated Date From Last Completion Date

Here's how to use the "Calculate Estimated Date From Last Competition Date' function":

  1. First, go to "Setup", and click "Settings".
  2. Click "Advanced Settings".
  3. In the search bar type 'Misc' and then select the option for "Misc Settings".

  1. Click on 'Edit' and scroll to 'Calculate Estimated Date From Last Completion Date'.
  2. You have the option to change this setting to 'Yes' or 'No'.
    • If you select 'Yes', every case step that you complete before or after the 'Reminder/Estimated Date' will then change the other dates accordingly.
