How do I update user contact details?

Follow the steps outlined below to update the user contact details:

  1. Click Setup, and go to Settings.
  2. Click Case Managers, and select Case Manager under Case / Vendor Case Manager List.
  3. The case Manager Details window will open.
  4. Click Edit and update the Contact Details.
