How do I change the Login ID for Others?

Follow the below steps to change the Login ID for others:

  1. Click 'My Settings' (Right top panel).
  2. Select 'My INSZoom' under 'Security and Tools'.
  3. Go to 'Change Login Id', and click 'Others'.
  4. Select 'Choose Case Manager', then update Login ID.
