Reset Corp User Password
Need to reset your corp user's password? Here's how.
Note: Professional Edition only provides a single person with a user ID and password. Professional Edition users will not be able to create one for additional corp users.
First, head to 'Portal Setup' and find the corporation this user belongs to:
Next, select the 'User Management' tab on the left-hand side to find the user who needs their password reset:
Select the 'More Options' on the right-hand side and select 'Reset Password':
To complete the reset, click 'Reset Password' on the confirmation window. (Note: once you complete this action the user will be forced to reset their password. They won't be able to login until they do so.)
