How to Edit a Letter Template Attached to a Foreign National

Follow the below steps to update a letter template that's been attached to a foreign national profile:

  1. Navigate to the foreign national profile for which you want to update the letter template.
  2. Select the hyper-linked name of the template.
  3. This will open the template in Microsoft Word Online.
  4. You can then edit the template right there without having to download, edit, and then re-upload.
