How Does the New Case Manager Portal Search Work?

You'll notice the new search bar at the top of your screen. This new search option is a flexible and comprehensive solution that will help expedite the workflow needs of your case management.

This search option works off of a 'contains' understanding - which means that it will search for any text entered in the bar. If there are exact matches, they will populate at the top of the results, whereas incomplete matches will populate below the exact (or closer) matches.
