Deleting a Receipt Number
If you have added a receipt number by mistake, here is a guide on how to remove the information in INSZoom.
Navigate to the case profile and click on Details/Dates.
Once there, click on 'Edit' for the 'Petition Related Info' section.
In the pop-up window which appears, remove the information in which you have input relating to the receipt number.
Once completed, you will see the information has been removed from the 'Receipt Numbers' section.
