Create a Case for an Existing Client

Forms Edition Workflow

  1.  From the Client List page, select a client.
  2.  Scroll to List of Forms for Open or Active Case and select  Add New Case/Forms.
  3.  Complete all mandatory fields.
  4.  Click Add Case.

Standard, Professional and Enterprise Edition Workflow

  1. From the Client Info page, select Add Case/Forms to client.
  2. Complete all mandatory fields.
  3. Click Add Case.
