This article goes over How-to Copy/Move- Notes/Email/Docs from Client Info page to cases under that client.

Copy/Move - Notes/Email/Docs

Follow the below steps to copy/move the notes/emails/docs:

  1. Navigate to the 'Case Info' page.
  2. Under 'Security and Tools' click on 'Copy/Move Notes'.
  3. Select what needs to be transferred: Digital Doc, Notes, or Emails from the first drop-down.
  4. Click on 'Select Case' and choose the case to transfer to.
