Deleting phone logs can be useful when changing case managers or if you just want to clean up phone log list.
First, navigate to the 'Phone Log' option under 'Calendar' in the main left menu:
Next, select the phone logs you want to delete and mark the checkbox next to the log you want to delete, or click the 'select all' checkbox at the top, and then click on the 'trash' icon:
