Deleting Phone Log Messages

Deleting phone logs can be useful when changing case managers or if you want to clean up the phone log list. Follow the below steps to delete the phone logs:

1. Navigate to the 'Phone Log' option under 'Calendar' in the left menu.
2. Select the phone logs you want to delete and mark the checkbox next to the log you want to delete, or click the 'select all' checkbox at the top, then click on the 'trash' icon.
