Issue: SoftDelete known issues
Description: The SoftDelete issues fixed are the following:

When a controller created an agreement from a third party paper based on a framework with SoftDelete enabled, redlines showed during the acceptance phase.
When a negotiator changed one letter and the agreement was sent to the counterparty, an extra space appeared after the letter.
