About This Release

This release has fully integrated OCR for PDF attachments and record-creation and added features related to multiple approvers in a rule. It also improved the performance and workflow of the platform, and fixed minor bugs.

New Features

Integrated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for PDF files. When creating a new Record from an image-PDF file or when uploading an image-PDF attachment to any document, the system uses OCR to recognize the text in the images for search purposes.

Upgrades

• Sequential approvers rules are available for Approval Queues when creating a new framework, alongside new notification settings for them.
• When an Approval Queue has a single user, the system automatically assigns the approval task to them.

Bug Fixes

This release fixed a bug related to text styling: In some cases, Approval Queues rules were triggered when a user edited sections without associated framework rules.
