How to Work with the Counterparty Offline
There are cases where the counterparty won’t use EraCLM. In that scenario, the counterparty can work offline using Microsoft Word. The available options in EraCLM are as follows:
-
Counterparty works offline using Word. The framework allows team 0 to work offline using the EraCLM add-in.
-
Counterparty works offline using Word. The framework allows to work offline without using the EraCLM add-in.
These settings are enabled at framework level, and are exclusive, that is, only one setting can be configured at a time.
These settings become functional after team 0 finish the internal negotiation and the controller sends the agreement to the counterparty.
