On Screen Presentation – General Details
There are two Presentation options: On Screen Presentation and Printout Presentation.
- On Screen Presentation defines how the page is displayed on the screen.
- Printout Presentation defines how the page is printed.
Note: It is advisable to use the same Style Sheet for both the On Screen Presentation and the Printout Presentation settings. This ensures the text is aligned on the page as expected. If the fonts used for the On Screen Presentation and the Printout Presentation settings are different, it may cause printed text to shift on the page and Attachments to be printed in different locations to those expected.
These settings define the Style Sheet, Watermarks and Overlays used when the document is displayed in Searching Client. (See “Style Sheet Editor” for information about creating a Style Sheet.)
Note: The On Screen Presentation and the Printout Presentation have the same options which are described below.
