DataStore.ChequeDepositProcessing.exe.config

This file is used to configure the Cheque Deposit application.

This file is used to configure the Cheque Deposit application. The settings described in Table 5 are the only settings that might need to be changed.

The ID of the Data Definition to be used to index cheques in the Cheque Deposit application in manual mode.

Enter the ID of the Data Definition you want to use for the deposit slip. The Data Definition ID can be obtained from Management Studio, by selecting the required Data definition in the tree view and reading the ID from the Template Management tab.

Enter the ID of the Custom Field Type to be used to map to the MICR field on the deposit slip which contains the number of cheques.

True – the cheques cannot be stored until the number of scanned cheques is equal to the number of cheques on the deposit slip.

False – the cheques can be stored even when the number of scanned cheques does not match the number of cheques on the deposit slip.

This setting is used in Manual mode only. The cheque count is always reconciled in Automatic mode.

True – the cheques cannot be stored until the total value of the scanned cheques is equal to the value on the deposit slip.

False – the cheques can be stored even when the total value of the scanned cheques does not match the value on the deposit slip.

This setting has no effect if the ShowScannerSettingsAddAndDeleteButtons setting is False as the Edit Scanner button will also be hidden.

AutomaticModeOnly

True – the Cheque Deposit application operates in automatic mode. The cheque information is passed to the Cheque Deposit application by an external application.

False – the Cheque Deposit application operates in manual mode. The number of expected cheques and the total value of those cheques is entered manually.

This setting should not be changed.

True – the Data Definition can be selected in the Scan Setting dialog.

False – the Data Definition is hidden and cannot be selected in the Scan Setting dialog.

This setting should not be changed.
