Resetting Client/Vendor Administrators Passwords
Use Admin: View Users to change the settings of administrator accounts for clients and vendors. You can also change and configure the admins' passwords and lock or unlock the accounts.
To edit an admin account:

Login to the Corridor Site Admin portal. Append /admin to the Corridor URL.

On the Welcome to Corridor Site Admin Page, click on User Account Management.

There are four tabs which are described in the following table:
Tab | Description |
Vendor List | Admins for vendors. Search for an admin by law firm or login name. |
Client List | Admins for clients. Search for an admin by client or login name. |
Owned by Vendor Accounts List | List of vendor accounts. Search for a vendor account by login name or by law firm. |
Owned by Client Accounts List | List of client accounts. Search for a client account by login name or by client. |
4. Select the login name that you need to edit.
5. Edit the login name attributes. The way to update the login name attributes are as follows:
Attribute | Description |
Name | Enter the login name's full name. |
Status | Set the login name as active or inactive. |
Username | You can change the username (login name). |
New Password/Confirm Password | Change the password and confirm. The password must align with the password policies. |
User Must Change Password At Next Logon | Check if the login name must change the password the next time it logs in. This overrides the password policies. |
Password Never Expires | Check if the password never expires. This overrides the password policies. |
Lockout | You can unlock a login name or lock a login name. |
Lockout Reason | Provide a reason for locking the login name. |
Phone | Edit the phone if needed. |
Fax | Edit the fax if needed or leave it blank. |
Edit the email if needed. | |
Expiration Date | Enter an expiration date if needed. |
6. Click Submit.
