Resetting the Site Password

 

Within the Corridor Site Admin portal, you can reset the password for the account for which you are logged in.

To Change the Logged In Support User Name or Password:

  1. Login to the Corridor Site Admin portal.

  2. On the Welcome to Corridor Site Admin Page, click on Change Site Support Account.

  3. On the Corridor Site Admin page, type a new password for the specified user, and click Submit.
