Use Corridor Site Admin to perform support or administration tasks for your Corridor platform.

To Navigate the Corridor Site Admin:

1. Login to the Corridor Site Admin portal. Build the URL by appending /admin to the Corridor URL, for example https://mycompany.corridor.com/admin.

2. On the Welcome to Corridor Site Admin Page, click one of the following links:

   • Change Site Support Account

   • User Account Management

   • Message to Client Company/Law Firm

   • Activate Corridor for Client/Law Firm

   • Troubleshoot Invoice Submissions

   • Searching for Records
      

3. Click Home to return to the Welcome to Corridor Site Admin Page.

To Logout of the Corridor Site Admin Portal:

Click Logout on any page within the portal.

To Access Help:

Click Help on the Welcome to Corridor Site Admin Page.
