This error is usually caused by Pop-up blockers disrupting Corridor when submitting an invoice.
Have the vendor enable pop-ups on Corridor website and then this error will go away.
This will be in their internet browsers settings, they may need to contact their technical team.
This could also be an issue related to a problem with an Administrator account. A possible resolution is to create a new user (role: Manager) and login with the new user credentials and create the invoice that way.
