Corridor - Adding Client to Available Submission List
A form must be completed by a lawfirm/vendor for any client they are submitting to, even if that lawfirm/vendor already has a Corridor Account. This order form is used to acknowledge the firm/vendor is allowed to submit to a client. If you fill the form out with the same information previously used for registration, the firm/vendor can use the same account for multiple clients to submit too.
