Corridor - IE Line Items

An IE line item does not follow the same guidelines as an IF line item. An IE line item, can be entered as a regular Expense line item. An expense code will need to be populated, and instead of the adjustment field being populated with the discount amount, the firm will need to populate the rate 
field with the negative amount.
