Description: When client requires TK specific field(s) for timekeeper submission on ANY of the Offices, when a user selects Timekeepers, and clicks on Assign Selected button, validate whether timekeeper has all required fields across all offices.
An error message is displayed if any of the timekeeper has missing mandatory fields information and also an error file is available for download to identify and make the necessary changes and upload through bulk upload timekeeper data option.

Improvement: Client TK page-Disable "Assign Selected" if TK Rate is Required for TK submission
Case 1: If the Rate Collaboration is ON and on the client’s timekeeper page, if a client requires rates for timekeeper submission for one or more offices, a warning message is displayed as “The client requires rates for Timekeeper submission. Please navigate to the Timekeepers with Rates tab to proceed with assigning Timekeepers.” (Note: Assign Selected button will be disabled)
Case 2: If the Rate Collaboration is ON and on the client’s timekeeper page, if a client requires rates for timekeeper authorization for one or more offices, a warning message is displayed as “<Client Name> does not authorize new Timekeepers without an approved Timekeeper rate. Submitted Timekeepers will be in a pending status until a Timekeeper rate is approved.“

Description: Based on the client’s rate settings (Require Rates for Timekeeper Submission or Require Rates for Timekeeper Submission is enabled) and if Rate Collaboration is ON for the selected client, then Add Timekeeper Rates button is displayed on the Timekeeper record page. Respective warning messages are displayed if Rate Collaboration is OFF for the respective client selected.

Enhancement: Resubmit button functionality on Rejected Rate Requests
Description: Users are now able to resubmit the rejected rate request. Click the Resubmit button to resubmit the rejected rate on the Rate Request page and enter the Reason for Resubmission, and comments if any to resubmit.
Users can resubmit a rejected rate request each time if it is rejected. You are allowed to edit the rejected rate items for the Rejected Rate Request.
Resubmit button is disabled for the rejected rate request that has an unauthorized timekeeper(s) and is visible only if timekeeper(s) status is “Pending Client Authorization," " Authorization Pending Rate Approval," or "Authorized".
If you select Resubmit for a rejected rate request with multiple timekeepers and at least one timekeeper (but not all) has been unauthorized, then the newly created rate request for resubmission removes the unauthorized timekeepers from the rate request.
You can also delete the rate request. Rate Requests that are older than 90 get auto-deleted.

Description: Timekeepers in the new status of “Authorization Pending Rate Approval” are not allowed to be on any invoices, including LEDES. If a timekeeper on an LEDES file is not “Authorized” then an error message will be displayed.

Improvement: Update Rate Request workflow process to include creation of dedicated RR
Description: A single rate request will be created for the authorized timekeepers and dedicated rate requests are created for the timekeeper whose status is “Pending Client Authorization,” or “Timekeeper Authorization Pending Rate Approval” during the Rate Request bulk upload or during Rate Request manual creation workflow
For the same client-office combination, another rate request cannot be created for the timekeeper who has existing pending rate request approval and an error message is displayed as “Line item x conflicts with existing rate”
A dedicated Rate Request submitted from Upload Wizard or created manually shows up on the Timekeeper Authorization Pending Rate Approval Portal Pane.
TimeKeeper IDs are appended in dedicated Rate Requests when multiple Rate Requests are created. Separate rate requests will be created for timekeepers pending authorization.
