Collaborati 3.9 Release Notes

This page details the release information for the Collaboriati 3.9 release. Information includes: System Requirements, Feature Enhancements and Changes, Resolved Issues, and Known Issues.

System Requirements  

Collaborati 3.9 is compatible with the following products:

  • All versions of TeamConnect and CSM
  • Lawtrac 4.1 (and later 4.x releases)
  • LawManager 6.5
  • eCounsel 8.10 and later 8.x releases

 

Collaborati 3.9 is supported on the following browsers       

  • Mozilla Firefox (Latest Version)
  • Google Chrome (Latest Version)
  • Internet Explorer (Version 11 or later)

Changes and Enhancements  

The following items are changes or enhancements built into Collaborati 3.9. Each issue is documented in the following format:

  • A description of the enhancement
  • Additional information, if applicable

 

Enhancement: Added an “All Offices” option to the Select Office dropdown menu that is available for users under the new firm structure.

Additional Information: This allows users to view items across all of their offices instead of viewing one at a time. This currently applies to the Rate Requests and Timekeepers pages.

 

Enhancement: A Line Item Fee Code description field has been added to the Invoices Preview Page.

Additional Information: This will allow billing coordinators to quickly determine the reasons behind line item changes.

 

Resolved Issues  

The following items have been resolved in the Collaborati 3.9 release. Each resolved issue is documented in the following format:

Issue: Resolved an issue that prevented Non-US summary level taxes from displaying correctly on the Collaborati Invoice Preview page.

Issue: An internal error is no longer triggered when clicking the “View Adj. Summary” link while under certain conditions.

Issue: Dates on Timekeeper Rate Requests can no longer have the same start and end dates to help prevent system errors.

Issue: Non-US tax codes marked as “Unauthorized” in TeamConnect are now displayed as “Unauthorized” in Collaborati, and similarly with “Authorized”.

Issue: Resolved an issue that prevented the Rates table on the Client page from loading when there was a null value.

Issue: Updated the system message that is displayed when attempting to submit a LEDES invoice to an Inactive Client.

Issue: Resolved an issue where all the client codes were reset to enabled when the client added a new code.

Issue: Resolved an issue that would cause internal errors when viewing the “Printable View” for an Invoice with a large number of attachments.

Issue: Documents attached to Tender Requests within TeamConnect will no longer appear on the Clients Profile page.

Issue: Resolved an issue where users would receive Tender Expiration notifications despite their notifications preferences.

Issue: Resolved an issue where the Client > Timekeepers page showed an internal error if the client assigned a Timekeeper a currency that does not exist in Collaborati.
