Collaborati 3.7 Release Notes

1         System Requirements

Collaborati 3.7 is compatible with the following products:

  • All versions of TeamConnect and CSM

  • Lawtrac 4.1 (and later 4.x releases)

  • LawManager 6.5

  • eCounsel 8.10 and later 8.x releases

Collaborati 3.7 is supported on the following browsers   

  • Mozilla Firefox (Latest Version)

  • Google Chrome (Latest Version)

  • Internet Explorer (Version 11 or later)

2         Changes and Enhancements

The following items are changes or enhancements built into Collaborati 3.7. Each issue is documented in the following format:

·          A description of the enhancement

·          Additional information, if applicable

 

Enhancement: A drop down menu has been added to the Budgets tab on the top navigation, allowing for easier access to the Budgets functionalities

 

Enhancement: A link to a new Volume Discounts page has been added to the Budgets tab.

Additional Information: Values on the Volume Discount data table are sorted by client, then by amount. Volume Discounts will not appear unless a client has them enabled in TeamConnect. Enhancement: Email templates for approved, rejected, and adjusted Rate Requests have been updated for a more streamlined and user friendly experience.

Enhancement: Tender Requests can now be accessed from the Budgets drop down tab on the top navigation bar.

Additional Information: Users will only see the Tender Requests link if they have a client that has enabled Tender Requests.

 

3         Resolved Issues

The following items are have been resolved in the Collaborati 3.7 release. Each resolved issue is documented in the following format:

Issue: When copying or appealing Invoices, a version number will be updated on the end of the Invoice ID to ensure the Invoice title does not exceed 50 characters.

Issue: Resolved an issue that prevented updated Rate Requests from being submitted.

Issue: Users no longer receive a second welcome email if they enter their password incorrectly on their first login.

Issue: Vertical spacing on the Client Profile page is now consistent across the Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 11 internet browsers.

Issue: Resolved an issue preventing users from updating a line item on an appeal invoice when there is more than 1 invoice with the same vendor invoice ID.

Issue: Appeal Invoice - if original invoice rejected and appealed, deleting the appealed invoice causes Error (appealed invoice cannot be deleted)

Issue: Users can now delete an appealed invoice without triggering a system error

Issue: When authorizing Timekeepers for a new client, they are no longer resubmitted for authorization to their old client

Issue: Resolved an issue where Timekeeper IDs weren’t validated against Client Timekeeper Profile IDs.

Issue: Special characters now display correctly on the Office Dropdown of the Upload Rate Request Page.

Issue: The Email Notifications page is now responsive when users change the screen size.

Issue: Duplicate emails are no longer triggered after a user creates an Appealed Invoice.

4         Known Issues

The following items are have been resolved in the Collaborati 3.7 release. Each resolved issue is documented in the following format:

Issue: Information on Invoices data table only sorts by visible data

Tracking Code: COLL-8811

Workaround: Use search filter parameters to narrow down results

 

Issue: When creating a rate request → when you click done →> coming back to RR → make edits → try t submit → doesn’t work

Issue: Users are not able to submit an updated rate request from the “Review” step of Rate Request creation

Workaround: Submit from the main data table on Rate Requests page
