Firms with multiple Collaborati profiles can now have a single login to access their multiple office accounts as part of our unified logins project. The office accounts will be combined into one parent "Firm" account.

Firm – The new Collaborati Account type, this will be the “parent account” in the new structure.

Office – The billing office for the firm. If a firm has multiple physical locations, those will each be shown as individual offices. These offices are the “children” in the new structure. Some firms may only have one office (Single-Office Firm); other firms may have multiple offices (Multi-Office Firm).

On most pages, a “Select Office” field is available which filters the information for that particular office. Some pages have the option to choose “All Offices”.
