  • Claude operates on a transient data model, ensuring that no invoice data is stored during or after the processing of PDF invoices.
  •  All data is wiped immediately upon the completion of each API call, ensuring robust security measures.
  • The invoice data is processed exclusively for the specific firm and its associated clients, guaranteeing complete data isolation.

Training and Model Usage:

The invoice data processed by Claude is not used to train or improve the AI model. This ensures that your data remains private and is utilized solely for PDF parsing and invoice generation.

Data Workflow

When a user uploads a PDF invoice in Collaborati, the following steps outline the data flow:

  1. Upload and Parsing: The uploaded PDF is parsed and chunked within the Miratech AWS environment.
  2. AI Processing: The parsed data is sent to AWS Bedrock, where an AI tool extracts the invoice metadata and line items.
  3. Data Cleaning and Processing: The extracted data is returned to Miratech AWS, where it undergoes cleaning and processing to prepare it for Collaborati invoice integration.
  4. Integration with Collaborati: The processed data is converted into a digital PDF and sent to Collaborati for invoice processing.
