LEDES File Error: Nothing found to display

This File Error " Nothing found to dispay" only affects LEDES98BI V2 files when this condition exists:

LINE_ITEM_TAX_RATE has a special character "%" as 0%. (see example screenshot below):

Next Steps

This issue has been sent to Engineering to be fixed.  Note, it may take some time to fix the defect. Please use the solution below until the defect is fixed.

Workaround solution

The LEDES file should be updated with valid LINE_ITEM_TAX_RATE. 

Percentage tax rate against charge. A decimal number between 0 and 1 indicating the rate of taxation on the line item. A null ("") or 0 would indicate no taxes apply to the line item. No special character allowed in LINE_ITEM_TAX_RATE.
