These error messages might occur while creating a manual invoice in the 'Taxes & Discounts' page when you insert a discount or tax value.
You can follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Clear cache and browser history (see steps below)
- Login to Collaborati
- Click on the Preferences (top right)
4. Change the Locale to "English (United States)" and save
5. Logout and Login again
6. Try to create your invoice
CLEARING THE CACHE
- Here are the steps that you can follow to clear the cache for Internet Explorer.
- Please click on CTRL+F5 on your keypad, (this may flash but it is ok)
- Click on the Gear or Tools
- View the Internet Options
- On the General tab, click Delete under Browsing History in the Internet Properties dialog box
- Delete Browsing History dialog box, click to clear the history, and then click Delete.
2. Here are the steps that you can follow to clear the cache for Firefox.
- Click on the “History” Menu
- Select the “Clear Recent History"
Click on "Clear Now"
