Clients: Allow Rate Requests for Timekeeper Invoice Task Rates Setting

Setting used in conjunction with Rate Collaboration to restrict the types of Rate Requests that Collaborati users can submit

Feature

Client Setting: Allow Rate Request for Timekeeper Invoice Task Rates.  

Allows clients to restrict the types of Rate Requests that can be submitted by their offices when this setting is disabled. 

Default is enabled (set to On).

Contact Collaborati Support to turn the setting "off". This will prevent users from submitting Rate Requests with "Invoice Task Rates".

Benefits of this feature

If the client does not use the Type: Invoice Task Rate for their business needs, the setting can be disabled (set to Off). When the feature is Disabled (set to Off), offices can only submit Type: Timekeeper Rates.  Feature must be Disabled by Collaborati Support.

Creates more clarity for Collaborati users when the client does not use the Type: Invoice Task Rate and the feature is disabled (set to Off).

Details

The Timekeeper Rate applies to all the Task Codes.

The Invoice Task Rate applies the rate only to one Task Code.

If the client does not accept "Invoice Task Rates" then request for Collaborati Support to turn the setting off.
