Reset a User's Password
This topic applies to firm administrators in Collaborati.
- From anywhere in Collaborati, hover over the "Admin" in the top menu bar.
- From here, click on "Users".
- Search for the user whose profile you wish to modify. Click on the appropriate username link to open their user record. The User Profile screen displays the user's settings.
- Click Reset Password. A dialog box opens asking you to confirm that you want to reset the password for this user. Click OK.
The application will send an automated email to the user with login information and temporary password.
