Troubleshooting: Unable to View All the Tabs in my Collaborati Account
When a new Collaborati account has been created for you, and you login, you might not be able to see all the available tabs in your account.
This happens because the administrator has created a normal user account for you.
In case you want to view all the tabs, you would need an 'Admin' account.
Please contact your firm admin to change your account from 'User' to 'Admin'.
