Send Log Files Directly from iOS Device

Goal

After reviewing this guide, you will be able to send log files directly from your iOS device to the CMO Support staff.

Send Log Files from iOS Device

Email Feedback

  • In the CMO iOS App, go to the Sync tab
  • Click on 'Email Feedback to CMO'

Enter Information

  • Within the subject of the email message, add your name
  • Within the body of the email message, enter in the following information:
    • Name and Company
    • Date of issue with the month written out (ex. May 9, 2018)
    • Time of issue with time zone included (ex. 9:00AM CT)
    • Description of Issue
  • Click Send
