Auto-Sync Settings on CMO Flutter App
The Auto-Sync options can be set in the CMO mobile app settings and will automatically sync all Events, Actions, Documents, and Admin changes/updates at defined intervals. This option is not used frequently by clients who actively have agents in the field without an internet/network connection.
CMO suggests clients only use this sync option if they fit the following criteria:
- If you are constantly near an internet/network connection.
- If you frequently perform and sync/send audits.
- If you frequently receive/send Documents, Actions, Events, and Admin sync.
Configure Auto-Sync Settings
Auto sync settings can be configured from the CMO mobile app settings.
- Go to CMO mobile app.
- Go to the mobile app home page.
3. Click on the 3 dots in the right top corner of the app. It displays 3 options Sync, Settings, and Logout. Click on the Settings option.
4. The user lands on the Settings screen. In the settings option, under Auto Sync Settings, select the Auto Sync check box to enable auto sync.
5. Selecting Auto Sync enables other auto-sync functionalities like Sync Events/Actions, Sync Documents, and Sync Admin.
6. To enable Events/Actions sync, select the Sync Events/Actions check box. Click on the time interval to select the desired period for which the auto-sync must happen.
7. Similarly, select Sync Documents and Sync Admin select boxes to enable documents and Admin auto-sync. Click on the respective Time Interval options to enable the time period for which the auto-sync should happen.
If the mobile device is not connected to an internet or network connection, the sync (or multiple syncs) will not occur.
