Show Risk Level when user provides responses for "Actual Severity" and "Potential Severity" response types

The CMO mobile application displays the risk level associated with a form when created from events. The risk level is displayed only when a form has Actual and Potential Severity response types associated with it.

Steps to View the Risk Level in a Form

  1. Log in to the CMO mobile application.
  2. Go to the Events module from the application home screen.

3. Create a new Event by clicking on the clipboard_eeb099661ca41d6b0dea21600eb5f20f6.png icon.

4. A New Form screen will be displayed. Enter the mandatory fields, and in the Form section, search for the AS and PS form and select it from the form dropdown list.

Note: The user can select any form that has Actual Severity and Potential Severity response types added. Only these responses provide risk level information in the form.

5. Perform the Event by clicking on the perform button clipboard_e25919586d978efd9acefe903d2b01b9e.png after selecting the AS and PS form.

6. The page is redirected to Section 1, which has a question related to Actual Severity and Potential Severity.

Note: The questions will be displayed based on how a form is created with the Response Types included.

7. Select a radio button from the given consequence options. Similarly, select options from the Likelihood under Actual Severity.

8. Once the consequence and likelihood under Actual Severity is selected, the Risk Level will be displayed next to the Actual Severity as shown in the following image.

9. Similarly, select consequence and likelihood under the Potential Severity. The Risk Level will be displayed next to Potential Severity as shown in the following image.
