After reviewing this guide, you will be able to send log files directly from your Android device to our Client Success Team. You will need an Email address associated to the Android Device.

Email Feedback

  • In the CMO Android App, go to the Sync tab
  • Tap on Email Feedback to Mitratech

Enter Information

  • Within the subject of the email message, add your name

  • Within the body of the email message, enter in the following information:

  • Name and Company

  • Date of issue with the month written out (ex. May 9, 2023)

  • Time of issue with time zone included (ex. 9:00AM GMT)

  • Description of Issue

  • Tap Send
