This document details the resolved issues that are included in the CMO R29 Web Maintenance and Mobile Maintenance Projects.

 

 

Welcome to the CMO Compliance R29 Release Notes.

This document details the client-reported issues that are included in the CMO Web Application R29 maintenance release. The following Release Notes cover resolved issues in the Web Application, as well as the mobile Andriod, iOS, and Windows apps that affect users on Update 25 and Version 16.0. The individual tickets will detail the applicable versions.

Resolved Issues    

This section describes the issues that are resolved in the CMO Compliance R29maintenance release. Each resolved issue is documented in the format:

Web Application

Issue: Default Finding text with count was not displayed for "Root Cause Analysis" widget.

Issue: The Label Counts widget did not pull the correct values from the drop-down menu.

Issue: Errors occur when attempting to delete a Form from the cog wheel menu.

Issue: When trying to import a .cmo file containing event status and categories, the user is shown a warning "Every Dependency has to be mapped to a different item", and was asked to change the mappings even if the mappings were correct.

Issue: Standard reports, like the Actions report, were taking significantly more time to generate after user upgraded from v15.02.25 to 16.0.

Issue: "Event Total by Grouping" Widget should only displayed completed events, when it should have displayed complete and incomplete events.

Issue: Filters were not selected the first time they were clicked. Users had to click them twice in order to select the filter.

Issue: When importing an Excel sheet, the Custom field imports incorrectly and results in an error. The imported information did not appear on the Obligation tab as intended.

iOS Mobile App

Issue: Installation and sync issues occured when client installed a version of the app that had an expired certificate. No warnings appeared when user tried to sync which caused user to waste an hour attempting to sync.

Issue: The Submit Workflow button became inactive when there was a workflow change. Users had to close and reopen the workflow in order to reactivate the Submit button.

Android Mobile App

Issue: The application hangs and eventually crashed when the Jump to Add Finding or Add Action option was selected in a form response configuration.

Issue: Initial sync was taking 15+ minutes.

Issue: Error message "There are not answered mandatory questions" occurred when the only "mandatory question" was the ICWS response. User was unable to submit the workflow due to this error.

Issue: The search bar did not work correctly when creating new events. User could not search for Org Units or Entities when creating a new Event.
