This document details the resolved issues that are included in the CMO R19 Web Maintenance and Mobile Maintenance Projects.


Welcome to the CMO Compliance R19 Release Notes.

This document details the client-reported issues that are included in the CMO Web Application R19 maintenance release. The following Release Notes cover resolved issues in the Web Application, as well as the mobile Andriod, iOS, and Windows apps that affect versions Update 25 and Version 16.0. The individual tickets will detail the applicable versions.

Resolved Issues     

This section describes the issues that are resolved in the CMO Compliance R19 maintenance release. Each resolved issue is documented in the format:

Web Application

Issue: The Action Import tool assigned a Close Date to Actions that were still open (not closed or completed).

Mobile iOS Application

Issue: Event Workflow permissions were not correctly reflected in the iOS app. Additionally, the ICWS buttons were unresponsive.

Mobile Windows Application

Issue: User is unable to delete a form that was created on server (web) > synced to WinApp > synced back to server > edited on server > synced back to WinApp.

Issue: App crashed when users tried to log in.
