After reviewing this guide, you will be able to send log files directly from your iOS device to the CMO Support staff.
Send Log Files from iOS Device
- In the CMO iOS App, go to the Sync tab
- Click on 'Email Feedback to CMO'
- Within the subject of the email message, add your name
- Within the body of the email message, enter in the following information:
- Name and Company
- Date of issue with the month written out (ex. May 9, 2018)
- Time of issue with time zone included (ex. 9:00AM CT)
- Description of Issue
- Click Send
