Action Report (inc verification)

Action Report that Displays Data on Verified Actions

This report can be generated for Multiple Actions based on org structure, Action Status, Action Category, Responsible, related Forms, Hierarchy f Controls, and a date filter. 

Navigation

  1. Select the Reports tab in the navigation bar
  2. Select Standard Reports
  3. In the Select Report section, locate Action Report (inc verification) from the drop down

Report Layout

The report layout displays in 4 sections from top to bottom:

  1. Filters used
  2. Overall stats (% completed, #s open, closed, and verified)
  3. 2 graphs:
    • Bar graph of actions Raised vs. Completed vs. Verified by Date Filter
    • Pie graph of Responsible Parties
  4. A list of all actions included in the report

This report is different from the Action Report (with Additional Info) because it displays data on verified actions, while the others do not.
