Managing Role-to-Form Access When Creating a New Role

You can now assign a new role to active forms during role creation. This enhancement reduces repetitive configuration work and ensures correct view/edit permissions without opening each form individually.

Create a New Role and Assign It to Active Forms

  1. In the main navigation, go to Admin > Roles
  2. Select New and enter a descriptive name in the Role Name field.

3. Enter all required details. For the Form Incident field, select the forms from the dropdown to which this role should be assigned. You can assign the role to multiple forms using the Form Incident dropdown.
