Enabling Advanced Mode For Available Party Involved Responses

Goal

After completing this, Party Involved users to be added in a form can be filtered by standard (Orgunit, Roles, Entity..) filters.

Note:

  • Admin Users to have access to Forms tab
  • Form to be edited must be in a draft state
  • Admin Users to have ability to Publish Forms

 

1.  Begin by navigating to Admin Module > Forms  tab on the right hand corner

2. Search for the form to be edited and ensure it's in a draft state by filtering in 'Draft' Revision state

3. Navigate to Form Section and Question - Injured/ Ill Person where Party Involved response is configured

4. A new window with all fields and responses configured appears up

5. Click on the PI response type field from the list which is 'Select individual' here

6. At the below of screen, response settings are displayed, Click Mode

7. Select Advanced mode from the drop-down and Click Edit to reflect the changes made

8. Ensure Advanced is reflected in Mode and Click Save  to apply changes made

9. Click cog-wheel and Click Publish button to publish this form

10. This is how the Advanced mode will look when adding a Party Involved in the form

(Users added as PI can be filtered by standard filters such as Orgunit, Entity, Roles etc)
