How to Delete a Form

After completing this how-to you will be able to delete Forms on your Live Site.

Prerequisites

  • Administration Access
  • Ensure any Events created against the Form have been deleted.

Navigate to the Events Tab

  • Begin by navigating to the Admin Module and then selecting the Events Tab on the left side of the page.

Select Delete from the drop-down

  • Continue by selecting the cog wheel icon next to the Form you wish to delete.
  • Then select the 'Delete' button from the drop-down menu.

Confirm you wish to delete the Form

  • Lastly, select 'Yes' on the confirmation screen to proceed to delete the Form.
