How To Assign Access Permissions By Role For A Form

Access Permissions In Forms

The ability for certain Users to access specific Forms is based on the Roles assigned to the Form. This can create a needed layer of separation within an organization as often there are Forms some Users will need access to while others will not.

Once logged into CMO, navigate to the Admin Module, select Forms from the left hand side, and then search for the Form that you would like to edit the Access Permissions of.

Once you have found the Form, click on Cog Wheel next to the title and select Edit.

In the new window that displays the configuration options for the Form, select the abbreviated Role hyperlinked text.

Finally, choose the Roles from the list by placing a check mark in the box next to the Role you would like to grant permission to access. Then click Ok and Save on the remaining Window.
