Typically, most Admin level users will be able to create Actions but you may find some users do not have this ability and wish to grant them the ability to create Actions. This is detailed in the steps below.
How To Allow Create Actions
First, navigate to the Admin Module > select the Roles tab from the left > and then select the Role from the search results window.
Once you have selected the Role, under the Role Details Tab, select Action Permissions.
In Action Permissions, click the box next to 'Allow Create' to activate this feature for your desired Role. This change will save once you exit out of the Role Settings window.
