Form Role Permissions
In this article we explain options of Form Role Permission along with describing each's purpose in simple English.
The table below defines the Form Role Permissions. Role Permissions can be found by navigating to the Admin module, then selecting Role Permissions from the left sidebar menu.
| Templates Module Enabled | When selected, the Forms menu option will display in the Admin Menu and users will have access to Form Templates. |
| Allow Create | When selected, the New button will display in the Forms module and the user will be able to create new Form Templates. |
| Allow Edit | When selected, users will be able to edit Form Templates. |
| Allow Delete | When selected, users will be able to delete Form Templates. |
| Allow Add Answer Labels | When selected, the Add button will display in the Answer Labels screen and will be able to add new Answer Labels. This screen can be accessed by navigating to Admin > Events > Answer Labels. |
| Allow Edit Answer Labels | When selected, the edit pencil will display in the Answer Labels screen and will be able to edit Answer Labels. This screen can be accessed by navigating to Admin > Events > Answer Labels. |
| Allow Delete Answer Labels | When selected, a red X will display in the Answer Labels screen and will be able to delete Answer Labels. This screen can be accessed by navigating to Admin > Events > Answer Labels. |
