Document Folder Role Permissions
The table below defines the Document Folder Role Permissions.
The table below defines the Document Folder Role Permissions. Role Permissions can be found by navigating to the Admin module, then selecting Role Permissions from the left sidebar menu.
Allow View | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view document folders. |
Allow Edit | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit document folder information. |
Allow Create | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create new document folders. |
Allow Delete | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to delete document folders. |
Allow Bulk Manage Document Folder Access | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to manage document folders at once, in bulk, with the ability to standardize the permissions of 1 or more document folders. |
Allow Manage Document Folder Access | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit document folders and manage the Access Permissions of that folder. |
