Control Role Permissions
The table below defines the Control Role Permissions.
The table below defines the Control Role Permissions. Role Permissions can be found by navigating to the Admin module, then selecting Role Permissions from the left sidebar menu.
| Control Module Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Control Module. |
| Control Tab Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Control Tab within the module. |
| Allow View | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view a Control Record. |
| Allow Create | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create a Control Record. |
| Allow Edit | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit a Control's details. |
| Allow Delete | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to delete a Control. |
| Allow Add Action | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add an Action to a Control. |
| Allow Manage Attachments | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add or delete an attachment against a Control. |
| Allow Manage Confidential Attachments | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add or remove confidential attachments against a control record. |
| Allow View User Group Assignments | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view the user group assignments against a Control record. |
| Allow Manage User Group Assignments | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add or remove user assignments against a Control record. |
| Allow Manage Default Assignments | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to choose the assignments added to a New Control records by default. |
| Allow Create Assessment | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create an Assessment for a Control record. |
| Allow Make Key Control | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to designate Key Controls, which makes the Control apply to all Org Units and Entities. |
