The table below defines the Action Admin Role Permissions. Role Permissions can be found by navigating to the Admin module, then selecting Role Permissions from the left sidebar menu.
| Action Module Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Action module |
| Action Tab Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Action Tab within the Action module. |
| Access Inferiors Actions | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access inferior users Actions. |
| Action Management Process Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access to the Action Management Process from the Admin module. |
| Action Dashboard Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will have the Action Dashboard enabled. |
| Action Performance Dashboard Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view/use the Action Performance Dashboard. |
| Action Library Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to access the Action Library within the Action module. |
| Allow View | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view assigned Actions. |
| Allow Create | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create new Actions. |
| Allow Edit | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to edit assigned Actions. |
| Allow Delete | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to delete assigned Actions. |
| Allow Delete Completed or Verified | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to delete assigned verified Actions. |
| Allow Clone | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to clone existing Actions. |
| Allow Add follow on Action | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to create follow-on Actions from existing assigned Actions. |
| Allow Add Verifier | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add verifiers to assigned Actions. |
| Allow Record Audio | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to add audio recordings as Action attachments to assigned Actions. |
